Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at the “Tree Lighting” for the City of Elgin. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in downtown Elgin from 3:00pm to 5:00pm and then the Tree Lighting from 5:00pm to 6:00pm for pictures and more.  For more information please contact the City of Elgin.
